About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website. They are not your credit agreement. If we lend to you, the terms of the loan are set out separately in your pre-contract information and your credit agreement, which you will be given and talked through before you sign anything.

Using this website

You can use this website to find out about our loans, check the prices we charge, and get in touch with us. You agree not to use it in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or intended to harm the site or anyone using it — for example, trying to interfere with how it runs, or pretending to be someone you’re not when you contact us.

The PiggyBank name, our logo, and the content of this site belong to PB Loans Limited or are used with permission. You can view and print pages for your own personal use, but you can’t copy, redistribute or reuse them commercially without asking us first.

We try to keep this website accurate and available at all times, but we don’t promise it will always be error-free or accessible without interruption — for example, while we’re making changes to it.

Information on this site

The prices, examples and figures shown on this site — including the representative example and the full price table — are illustrative. They reflect our current product accurately, but the actual terms that apply to you are the ones set out in writing in your pre-contract information and credit agreement, confirmed with you before you sign anything.

Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, financial advice, or a guarantee that we will lend to you. Whether we can lend, and how much, always depends on our assessment of your circumstances and is subject to status and affordability.
